If you’d like to own your very own Mansion MLO, then this is what you’re looking for.
Some Things To Note:
You must FIRST open a Business Inquiry ticket in Discord and let us know what your plans/desires are so that we can assess it’s viability.
When searching for a script/map/mlo, we recommend finding and shopping directly from the Developers websites or CFX Profile.
MLO Houses & Businesses: You have two choices if you’re looking to purchase an MLO.
You may choose one of our already implemented and available MLO’s that’s in City. For a list of currently available properties, please ask within your Discord Ticket.
You may import your own MLO/File.
If you’re importing a script, you must ensure it’s compatible with QBcore! Additionally, for all vehicles, you want to ensure they’re debadged.
If you’ve decided to import your own business MLO / Car File instead of using one of ours (and we’ve approved), you’ll need to find the appropriate MLO / Car File and pay for it.
MLO’s don’t come with scripts for your jobs or RP. So keep that in mind when you’re speaking with Staff about possibly importing a business.
This is very important.
There’s no guarantees that your specific file/MLO/script, what have you will work properly within our City. These things happen, unfortunately. Most of the time if we identify texture issues, collisions, or other issues, we can troubleshoot and fix them. BUT, that’s not 100% of the time! If that were to happen, you would need to send us another file/map/script for us to try, because we do not offer refunds.
Additionally, it’s important to read The Falls RP - Community Rules completely from start to finish. In regards to Business and MLO Ownership, it’s imperative that you read the Community Rules - Section 35.0 - “Business and MLO Ownership”. This section goes over the responsibilities of the Property Owner and Activity requirements. The Falls RP - Community Rules
Implementation Turnaround (SLA):
In most cases, your request should be completed and available within seven (7) days of purchase and file submission. If there’s an issue with your order or parts are missing, such as file not being submitted or file corruption, this will obviously delay or stop the implementation process.
Should there be an issue, a member of staff will reach out to you via the contact methods you provided.
